Processing time
Most products are printed and packed on demand to reduce overstock waste. Orders are typically prepared within 2–4 business days before being handed off to the carrier.
Shipping times
- Europe: 5–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–9 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
- Rest of world: 10–18 business days
Times are estimates from dispatch and may vary during peak season (November–January).
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over €60 / $70 within most regions.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment partner. If 48 hours after dispatch your tracking still hasn't updated, get in touch.
Customs & duties
For international orders outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any local import duties or VAT charged on delivery. We declare items honestly at their actual value.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived 10 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, contact us at hello@pawsofthenorth.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update it within 12 hours of order placement; after that we may not be able to intercept the parcel.
