30-day window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached where applicable.
How to start a return
- Email hello@pawsofthenorth.com with your order number and the reason.
- We'll send you a return label and instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at your local carrier point.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Let us know in your return request and we'll reserve the new item while your return is in transit.
Return shipping costs
- Defective or wrong item: Return is free — we cover the label.
- Change of mind / wrong size: Return shipping is at the customer's expense and deducted from the refund if a label is provided.

- Personalised or custom-printed products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Items returned damaged, washed, or with visible signs of use
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the faulty item.
